These vineyards have garnered worldwide acclaim for producing world-class Chardonnay. On the nose this wine reveals oak toast, nectarine and ripe pear aromas. The palate is endowed with integrated oak structure, hints of vanilla cream, lemon zest, and baked apples. Building momentum across the palate, this wines finish is formative with lingering flavors of spice and creme brulee.Pair with baked Brie with caramelized apples, spaghetti carbonara, or perch in beurre blanc. Creamy, bloomy rind cheeses are best for pairing with this Chardonnay.
