This delightful wine opens with an enchanting bouquet of elderflower and white peach, floral notes of orange blossom, and fresh citrus aromas.  The underlying essence of salinity and minerality are reminiscent of ocean breezes which adds a distinct layer of complexity.  As the wine unfolds on the palate, it offers a blend of vanilla and citrus.
